Fees
  • All rates based on double occupancy.
  • Extra adults (16+) $10/night.
  • Children 15 and under free. 
  • Add $15 per night weekends and holidays.
  • Cot $10/night.
  • 1 car per unit during the summer season. Additional car $25 per day only if space available (must make reservation in advance).
  • NO PETS Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pets welcome off season.
  • Pet room availability limited.  $25.00 charge per stay.
  • Surcharges & minimum stays may apply for weekends, holidays and special events.

  • SUMMER SEASON ADVANCE RESERVATIONS

  • One night deposit for daily reservations. 

  • 5 night and 7 night stay requires a 50% deposit.
  •  Full payment must be received prior to 30 days of arrival.


Refund Policy

  • 7 day cancellation required for less than 5 night stays
  • 30 day cancellation required for 5 night or longer stays
  • Cancellation processing fee - $25
