• *All rates based on double occupancy.
• *Extra adults (16+) $10/night.
• *Children 15 and under free. 
• *Add $15 per night weekends and holidays.
• *Cot $10/night.
• *1 car per unit during the summer season.
• *NO PETS Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pets welcome off season.
• *Pet room availability limited.  $25.00 charge per stay.
• *Surcharges & minimum stays may apply for weekends, holidays and special events.
• *SUMMER SEASON ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
• *One night deposit for daily reservations. 
• *5 night and 7 night stay requires a 50% deposit.

 Full payment must be received prior to 30 days of arrival.

Refund Policy

• 7 day cancellation required for less than 5 night stays
• 30 day cancellation required for 5 night or longer stays
• Cancellation processing fee - $20
